Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Your order is processed and shipped from Hawaii. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of purchase, although during sale periods and new product drops, slight delays may occur. Utilizing USPS standard shipping, domestic deliveries usually take approximately 2-7 business days. Momi Pearl extends free shipping on orders exceeding $99. For our international clientele, standard international shipping spans approximately 7-21 business days. We only ship to Canada and the USA currently. At checkout, expedited shipping options are available to cater to your urgent needs.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We would like to note that we are not responsible for any customs or import taxes incurred. Should a package be refused for any reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to us for redelivery arrangements. Please be informed that we do not offer refunds for refused orders.

If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English, your order may be subject to a delay or cancellation.

It is important to bear in mind that all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. Nevertheless, rest assured, we strive to dispatch your package as promptly as possible.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  1. Kindly send an email to support@momipearl.com detailing the reason for your return, accompanied by pictures or videos showcasing the condition of the returning product. This ensures that the quality of the returned product aligns with our free-return policy. Please note that return costs initiated for non-quality issues will be covered by the customers.
  2. Returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of the delivery date. The item(s) should be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, enclosed in their original packaging. Failure to include the original packaging may lead to cancellation of the return request.
  3. The item(s) must be mailed back within 14 days of receiving return authorization. Please be aware that all returns require authorization. Failure to pass inspection may result in a partial refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  4. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process returns purchased from any of our stockists. Additionally, all gift cards, mystery items, and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

Momi Pearl facilitates exchanges through our returns portal within 15 days of purchase. Simply send an email to support@momipearl.com to initiate the exchange process.

WARRANTY

Rest assured, your purchase is backed by a warranty for 60 days from the delivery date for damaged items. After this period, a nominal repair fee may apply. Please note that warranty coverage does not extend to sale items. To request a warranty repair or for further information, please email support@momipearl.com with your order number and supplementary photos. Please be advised that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please file a claim within 20 days of the last shipping update. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will regrettably be denied.
